The famous one, on Karl Johan between the Royal Palace and the Parliament building. Traditionally the Nobel Peace Prize laureate stays here and waves from the balcony. You're paying for history and the dead-centre address. The trade-off is that the main street below is the most touristy stretch of Oslo.
