A 1963 coffee bar with its original interior that turns into a cocktail bar in the evening. Same room, very different night. It's central and charming, and although Fuglen has grown into a small global brand with outposts in Tokyo, the Oslo original is still the one that matters. Morning coffee or evening cocktail, both are among the best in the centre.
