A working lighthouse in a fishing hamlet on Godøya's outer shore, facing nothing but open Atlantic. Getting there is half the trip: undersea tunnels and coastal road out through the islands. The lighthouse area has a gallery-café famous locally for its cakes, and the shoreline gives you the ocean-horizon fix the town itself, tucked in its sound, never quite does.
