About
Sam's favourite sushi restaurant in Oslo, a long-standing high-end spot near Solli plass. This is where he'd celebrate his birthday dinner with the family every year: the black menu is great, and the seaweed and tempura salad is a highlight dish. Fair warning that he hasn't been in a while, so he can't promise the quality still stands. Norwegian seafood works in sushi's favour, and this is where that shows.
